Service Attitude: Even on large, new-construction projects, we recognize that, as electricians, we are very often in a service role to general contractors, architects, engineers, clients and other construction trades. We actively promote a team culture that accepts and embraces that role. When we serve others effectively, we are successful.
Flexibility: Change is inevitable over the course of a project. Often we face challenges that come in the form of late design alterations or structural interferences that do not allow for the installation of our electrical systems as planned. We expect that this will be the case and take pride in our ability to keep a clear head and navigate through these challenges in a positive and constructive way.
Learning & Teaching: Electrical technology is a vast, exciting and ever-evolving field. We recognize that no one individual or organization can possibly be an expert in every specialty area. We rely on the individual experience and education of our team and contact sphere. We encourage our team to participate in both formal and informal opportunities for education and exchange of ideas. Everyone on our team is viewed as both a student and a teacher and is expected to fill both roles.
Safety & Quality: The sophisticated electrical systems that we install are inherently complicated and potentially dangerous. We take great pains to adhere to our comprehensive quality management and quality control systems to ensure that we follow best practices to avoid system failures, damage to equipment and harm to anyone. Our ultimate value is found in taking the proper time to do each task safely and correctly the first time.
